[Precautions]

✔ Any kinds of internal illegalities done by either executives or employees can be reported anonymously by any one of executives or employees who have witnessed it.
✔ As to anonymity, there is no way that the Whistle blower's IP is tracked down and revealed under any circumstances .
✔ The details of the report and the identity of the Whistle-blower are kept as a secret. In addition the Whistle-blower will be protected to keep him from experiencing any disadvantage.
✔ The investigation of the report will be completed within 20 working days from the initial receipt date. According to the results of the investigation, disciplinary action and unreasonable improvement of the system will be taken.
✔ False report is considered as a violation against internal control if it is made to be the purpose of slandering or harming other employees.
✔ Serviceable language is limited to English.
